RyGas engineers are fully qualified and accredited in their field of expertise. They are regularly monitored and we provide training where necessary to keep them constantly evolving and improving. All of RyGas operatives maintain our codes of conduct when dealing with tenants or third parties such as:
– Always knock/ring a door bell/call out before using any keys to enter.
– Always leave items in the property where we found it if items are required to be moved to work.
– Protect any areas where we are carrying out works.
– Take images of any areas of concern whilst in the property.
– Always leave the door locked as we found it.

RyGas also provide our account customers the opportunity to pay via BACS transfer with the invoices to be paid within 30 Days of the works being carried out. This leaves you time to recover the costs rather than our non-account customers where payment is due on immediate completion.
We provide a 24 Hour Service for emergencies* that gives you peace of mind out of normal hours. Once again with this service we use our initiative to work how you would want us to. We ensure there are no silly out of hours’ emergency visits.
