Labour rates*: £75+VAT for up to the first hour (min of one hour’s charge). Per 30 min increments thereafter at half of this rate.

Should parts be required that we need to order or not carried an estimate/quotation will be provided for a return repair visit. Should extra labour time that was unexpected be required for repair this will be rebooked and an estimated labour time or quotation provided.

Plumbing Maintenance Reports

Buying a new property…. need it inspected prior to exchange of contracts/completion?

RyGas can incorporate a number of checks that we like to call a home owners report. This can be carried out to test the safety and general condition of any gas or central heating appliances/components in the property. We can also include a full general plumbing condition check which will look at Taps, Showers, Pipework etc to ensure that there are no obvious issues.
